Healthy Snacks

February 1, 2012

I thought you might be interested in a few healthy snacks and what they may be good for.  Actually I have 2 1/2 pages worth, but I will start with 3 healthy snacks.  How does that sound?  Then I will add more every now and then.  Here are the first 3:

  1. apples – protects your heart; prevents constipation; blocks diarrhea; improves lung capacity; custions joints
  2. bananas – protects your heart; quiets a cough; strengthens bones; controls blood pressure; blocks diarrhea
  3. carrots – saves eyesight; protects your heart; prevents constipation; combats cancer; promotes weight loss

Being and eating healthy go hand in hand, wouldn’t you agree?  Here’s to keeping active and healthy!

note:  the above information is general and not guaranteed as everyone is different.
